Retirees and COBRA eligible individuals will receive benefits enrollment materials through regular mail beginning November 20 from PayFlex. If you do not receive enrollment materials by November 30, you should contact PayFlex directly at (800) 284-4885.

This is your annual opportunity to make eligible changes in your health and dental benefits, effective January 1, 2010.
