Accidental Death & Dismemberment

OU offers optional accidental death and dismemberment insurance for you, your spouse, and your dependents if you enroll in coverage for yourself. This coverage is very inexpensive and provides a benefit due to dismembered as a result of an accident, or an untimely death.

You may purchase additional accidental death and dismemberment insurance for yourself in $50,000 increments up to $250,000.

OU also offers Dependent Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for your spouse. They are eligible for four levels of coverage ranging from $10,000 to $40,000.

There is also Dependent Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for your eligible dependent children in a $5,000 or $10,000 option. The premiums are the same regardless of the number of children you cover.
