the examples in this Decision Guide, OU does not make any promises or guarantee of any
benefits, pay increases, cost to provide other benefits, or investment returns on these retirement
plans. The actual rates of return and benefits when you leave OU or retire may differ — and, as
a result, the compatibility of Track A and Track B will also differ.
