For new enrollments, a separate company 403(b) enrollment applications must be requested from the vendor(s) of your choice and returned to the employee benefits office along with this form or the funds may be returned to OU. Description: The University of Oklahoma contributes to a 401(a) Defined Contribution Program (DCP) for all eligible university employees. The amount contributed is a percentage of the employee's qualified income. This is an employer only investment fund but the employee has the option to direct the funds within four approved retirement investment companies. Employees who do not direct their investment will be defaulted into TIAA-CREF's Money Market account. To direct your 401(a) funds you must complete the DCP application and the appropriate investment company application. There are four university approved companies to chose from; Fidelity, TIAA-CREF, ING and Vanguard. All four company applications are available on this site.
