Application Instructions-OUHSC
Thank you for your interest in our employment opportunities. The following procedures are required to apply for full-time and part-time staff positions available at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
You MUST have an email address to submit your application/resume online. If you do not have an email address you will need to create one at www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com.

Application/Resume Preparation
Be prepared to enter all application/resume information during the application process. You will NOT be able to save and edit at a later date. If there is no activity during the application process for 20 minutes or more, the system will log off.
We recommend you gather/prepare the following:
- Have your past 10 years work experience history to include supervisor's names and contact numbers as applicable.
- Education and training history with graduation dates, and any licenses or certificate information. College information to include degree, major and college/university attended.
- Please refer to the attached document for assistance in formatting.
We strongly recommend that you include a professional resume.
TO APPLY:
- "View the Job Postings/Apply for Job" and search available positions to determine your interests and to review the job requirements You may apply for any vacancies for which you meet the requirements.
- If a position requires testing, the testing will be completed either prior to or after you have been contacted by the department.
- Add the positions you wish to apply for to your "Job Basket".
- Select "Apply for the Jobs".
- When you select “apply for jobs’ an identification page will post
- If you are you a new applicant follow the registration instructions
- Returning applicants should enter their email address and password
- Please note that the email address is the unique identifier for your application/resume and should not be shared with another individual
- You may then complete your application/resume
- Please note that you may only apply once per day.

- You may track your application status history through "View Application Status" on your "Applicant Homepage".
Employee Instructions
Only currently appointed OUHSC employees may apply through the Employee link. Previous employees or temporary employees who are not appointed must apply through the "Applicants" link. If you have questions please call 271-2180.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you list the email address where you want email messages delivered (campus or home) in your contact information when applying.
