Step 9: Complete Foreign Employee
Information Form (Foreign Employees only) |
All nonresident alien employees must complete the Foreign Nation Information Form (FNIF). The information provided will be used to determine eligibility for non-resident tax treaty benefits and income tax obligation while working for the University of Oklahoma.
There are separate forms for employees assigned to OU and OUHSC programs. |
| 1. Complete the FNIF online. |

2. Get copies of the following documents to attach to the FNIF:
- I-94 Arrival/Departure record (both sides)
- Passport
- US Visa
- I-20 OR DS-2019 OR I-797, if appropriate
- Social Security card

| 3. Print, sign and date the FNIF. Attach copies of required documents. |
