Setting up your OU email account:
If you already have an OU email account it will stay the same.
New employees will receive an email from OU Information Technology (IT) email@example.com or PEAK. This will take 4-5 business days after you complete your new hire paperwork. Follow the directions on the email and it will also give you your OUNet ID, example peak0000. It is normally the first four letters of your last name followed by four numbers. Title IX Required Training:
Once you've set up your email account and created a password, visit onpoint.ou.edu to complete your Title IX training. This requirement must be completed within the first 60 days of employment at OU.
