If a merit-based salary program is approved by the OU Board of Regents for Fiscal Year 2025, benefits-eligible staff must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
- Appointed to a benefits-eligible position.
- Hired before September 1, 2023.
- Received an Overall Rating of "Successful & Effective," "Highly Effective," or, "Exceptional," on their CY2023 Performance Review.
- Have a minimum 0.5 Full-Time Equivalency (FTE).
Benefits-eligible staff who had a job or salary change effective between September 1, 2023, and December 1, 2023, are only eligible for the lowest tier salary increase.
- Exceptions: Market and equity increases identified by HR Comp.
Benefits-eligible staff who had a job or salary change on or after January 1, 2024, are ineligible to receive a merit increase.
