Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Awareness Training

  • All new and current employees (students, temporary, part-time, and full-time)
  • Complete within the first 30 days of employment
  • Complete every other year, upon notification

Standards of Conduct Review and Compliance

Annual Safety Training: OUHSC/OU -Tulsa

  • All employees must complete annually.
  • Categories of training needed are determined by the job duties.

Annual Safety Training: OU - Norman

  • All employees must complete annually who:
    • use chemicals or chemicals are present in the workplace
    • work with human blood, human cell lines, or other potentially infectious materials
    • work in a laboratory
  • Employees who work in a "shop environment" (electrical, carpenter, plumbing shops, etc.) should check with their supervisor to determine their safety training requirement.

HIPAA Training

  • All persons engaged in health care activities or working at the listed locations must complete the Privacy Training and the Privacy Assessment modules upon hire into a qualifying position.
  • The Security Training and Security Assessment modules must be completed annually.
