PageUp

Human Resources has partnered with PageUp to implement a new Applicant Tracking and Onboarding system that will replace Taleo.

PageUp provides a modern, user-friendly platform that:

  • Enhances engagement from application through onboarding
  • Reduces manual data entry
  • Streamlines recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Combines recruiting and onboarding into one integrated system

This page provides key dates, training opportunities, and resources to support you during the transition.

Dates to Remember:

March 1, 2026

  • Begin posting Summer 2026 student positions in Taleo.
  • All hires from these postings must be fully processed in Taleo by May 8.

March 25, 2026

  • At close of business, HR will no longer accept new requisitions in Taleo (all positions staff/students/temps).
  • This ensures adequate time for recruiting, interviews, offers, and processing before system closure.

April 6, 2026
  • Departments may begin entering job listings in PageUp (staging)
  • Postings will have an effective date of April 20.
  • No requisitions will be open to applicants in PageUp until April 20.
  • Student Hiring:
    • Post Summer 2026 positions in PageUp (effective April 20) if recruitment will continue past April 19.
April 17, 2026
  • All Spring 2026 student requisitions will be unposted.
April 19, 2026
  • Final day for applicants to apply in Taleo (all positions, including students).

April 20, 2026
  • PageUp Applicant Tracking System goes live.
  • Jobs.ou.edu URL remains the same.
  • Staged job postings will appear in PageUp.
  • Candidates may begin applying in PageUp.
  • Taleo recruitment functions will no longer be visible on Jobs.ou.edu. You will continue to login to Taleo using Taleo.hr.ou.edu to complete your processes.
  • Hiring managers may still access Taleo requisitions to complete hiring processes through May 8.
  • Student Hiring
    • PageUp begins collecting additional applicants for Summer 2026 roles.
April 24, 2026
  • Spring 2026 student hiring ends.
May 4, 2026
  • Begin posting Fall 2026 student positions in PageUp.

May 8, 2026
  • All candidates must be dispositioned in Taleo.
  • All student hires must be fully processed in Taleo.
  • Download candidate data (resumes, CVs, cover letters).
  • If a search is still in progress, notify HRTalent. HR will invite finalists to reapply in PageUp.
May 11, 2026
  • At close of business, all access to Taleo will end.
  • Download any needed job descriptions and applicant data before this date.
  • Store downloaded materials according to university data security policies.

Training & Support
To support you in this transition, we will be providing trainings in town halls, labs, and guides. 

Town Halls

Town halls will include timeline review, training overview, and Q&A. You can sign up by clicking a desired time below:

Open Labs
Labs will be Hands-on support sessions to walk you through the various processes. More information to come!
The sessions will be:
  • April 6–10: 9:00–10:00 AM & 3:00–4:00 PM
  • April 13–17: 9:00–10:00 AM & 3:00–4:00 PM
  • April 20–24: 9:00–10:00 AM & 3:00–4:00 PM
  • April 27: 9:00–10:00 AM
  • April 30: 3:00–4:00 PM

What You Need To Do:

Hiring Managers
  • Stop new postings in Taleo after March 25.
  • Begin entering postings in PageUp starting April 6.
  • Ensure all Taleo candidates are dispositioned by May 8.
  • Download necessary applicant documents before May 11.
Departments Hiring Students
  • Follow the student-specific timelines carefully.
  • Ensure all summer hires are fully processed by May 8.
  • Coordinate with HR if recruitment extends beyond April 19.
