On-Campus Workshops

Professional development empowers employees to gain skills and knowledge, for both personal achievement and career advancement. HR Learning & Development offers open-enrollment workshops on the Norman, HSC, and Tulsa campuses to provide employees with opportunities for development. Learn more about available workshops and enroll by visiting the training calendar. Be sure to check with your supervisor before enrolling in workshops.

Workshop Spotlight

Leadership Styles
Leadership can have many forms and be described in various ways. However, there really isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” style that leaders should adhere to in all situations, or with all people. Just like our communication style, we should learn to “flex” our leadership styles to better encourage and motivate those we lead.  Find this and other workshops on the training calendar

OU Leadership Council

The OU Leadership Council is a group of leaders from each campus chosen every year to participate in a year-long series of leadership development opportunities.

2019 - 2020 Leadership Council Applications are now closed. Please see the webpage for contact information with any questions about your application.
