If you would like to schedule an appointment to meet with Sevetri, please use the calendar below; once your appointment is scheduled, the system will send you a confirmation email.
For a successful appointment:
- Have your BCBS ID card ready (this speeds the process of finding you).
- Any paperwork related to your discussion such as denied authorizations for medications or procedures, bills, etc.
- If you can provide a short description of what you need to talk about, that will be helpful.
- Please specify in the Comments section of your appointment reservation if you would prefer to meet virtually or via phone.
- Sevetri can only assist with BCBS insurance matters. For assistance with any other insurance offered by OU (Vision, etc.) please contact the OU HR Benefits team.
