Meet Your BCBS Representative

Sevetri Mazen is the BCBS dedicated customer service representative for employees at the University of Oklahoma. Sevetri is your ally when it comes to health care and is dedicated to helping you understand your benefits, save money, and more. 

If you would like to schedule an appointment to meet with Sevetri, please use the calendar below; once your appointment is scheduled, the system will send you a confirmation email. 

For a successful appointment:

  • Have your BCBS ID card ready (this speeds the process of finding you).
  • Any paperwork related to your discussion such as denied authorizations for medications or procedures, bills, etc.
  • If you can provide a short description of what you need to talk about, that will be helpful.
  • Please specify in the Comments section of your appointment reservation if you would prefer to meet virtually or via phone.
  • Sevetri can only assist with BCBS insurance matters. For assistance with any other insurance offered by OU (Vision, etc.) please contact the OU HR Benefits team.

Sevetri Mazen will also send a meeting invitation for your appointment.
