Insurance Rates

Benefits eligible employees receive university contributions (called Sooner Credits) for the premiums on medical, dental, life, and accident protection insurance. To review the rates for the current plan year, choose your program and classification below.

Tobacco Surcharge

There is a $20/month surcharge added to medical insurance rates for tobacco-users. Employees can review and update their tobacco-use designation in Employee Self-Service.

Medical Rates by Paycheck

Choose your employee group below to find your medical insurance deduction per paycheck. The rates are calculated based on your full-time equivalent (FTE). If you don’t know your FTE, check with your supervisor. Note: to calculate your bi-weekly deduction, divide each rate by two.
