About LiveWell OU

The University of Oklahoma offers a robust wellness program, focusing on the eight dimensions of wellness: Physical, Financial, Spiritual, Emotional, Social, Intellectual, Occupational, and Environmental. Each of these areas contributes an important part of our overall well-being.

With the January 2020 launch of the tri-campus program, LiveWell OU, the university’s overall wellness initiative continues to evolve as we work to support a healthy lifestyle throughout the OU community.

The LiveWell OU program utilizes the customizable FitThumb wellness portal for much of its programming, challenges, and management of incentives.
