 Emergency Preparedness and Safety Awareness
 10 - 10:30 a.m. | Virtual | Capt. Dalton Jackson from the OUHSC Police Department will help ease anxiety and build your confidence when it comes to being prepared for emergency situations. He will cover topics such as tornado safety, flooding, fire safety, active shooter, and much more.

 12 - 12:30 p.m. | Virtual and In-Person (HSC Student Union 205) | How often do you perfect the delicate balance between personal and professional responsibilities? Would you be surprised to hear research suggests that such "balance" does not exist? If that is the case, pursuing balance is an exhausting and self-defeating task.  SKY Meditation Retreat
 6 - 9 p.m. | Virtual | This three-day (9-hour) online retreat is part of the SKY Campus Happiness program and offers an in-depth experience of effortless meditation, breathwork, yoga, and more. Space is limited and requires attendance of all three sessions (Sept. 23, 6-9 p.m.; Sept. 24 & 25, 9 a.m-12 p.m.). Cost is $50 for OU faculty, staff, and students.
