We encourage you to explore our Training Calendar and take advantage of the many workshops and sessions we offer. By doing so, you will be well on your way to personal and professional growth. Enrollment Process

  • Access the Training Calendar at: https://apps.hr.ou.edu/ClassCalendar/.
  • Log in using your Network ID (username or OU NET ID) and password.
  • Browse the Training Calendar to discover the wide array of workshops and training programs available. Our offerings cover a diverse range of topics to meet the needs of employees in various roles and departments.
  • Once you find a workshop or training that aligns with your goals, enrolling is a straightforward process. Simply select the session and then click the "Enroll" button.
  • The calendar will send you an Outlook calendar invitation with all the necessary details and access links, ensuring a seamless experience.

Managing Your Enrollments

Life happens, and sometimes, you may need to unenroll from a session. In such cases:
  • Look for your enrollment confirmation email and follow the unenroll instructions provided there.
  • Alternatively, you can visit the Training Calendar, select "My Enrollment," and then choose "Drop" next to the course you can no longer attend.

OnPoint is designed to empower faculty, staff, and students to discover, track, and complete courses that matter most to them. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to get started with OnPoint and its essential features.

Accessing OnPoint: Your Starting Point

To embark on your learning journey, follow these simple steps to access OnPoint:
  • Visit OnPoint.
  • Log in using your Network ID (username or OU NET ID) and password.

Key Functions of OnPoint

Here are some key functions to familiarize yourself with in OnPoint:
  • Dashboard Display: Your current assignments are conveniently displayed on the homepage, right below the announcements section, and in the Learner Dashboard.
  • Search and Launch: Easily find and launch courses using the search function located at the top of the page. No more digging through pages of content to find what you need.
  • Training Transcript: To view your course completions and training progress, simply navigate to Self > Reporting > Training Transcript.

For Supervisors: Managing Your Team's Development

Supervisors play a crucial role in supporting their teams' development. OnPoint offers tools for supervisors to view assignments and transcripts for their direct reports. Access this functionality through the Manager Dashboard.

  • Required Training: Find a list of the required training courses that have been assigned to you.

Patience Pays Off: Course Completion Updates

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for some completed courses to appear on your training transcript. Rest assured that your progress is being recorded.

Professional Coaching: Pixel Leadership Group Portal

Professional Coaching: Pixel Leadership Group

Pixel Leadership Group (i.e., “Pixel”) offers five Coaching Programs to provide clarity and ease of the process. They will work with colleges and departments to adapt these programs as necessary or to design a Custom Coaching Program to meet specific needs. Their strengths-based coaching approach is characterized as feedback-rich and stakeholder-centric to increase self-awareness, focus on targeted goals, accelerate development, and create accountability throughout the process.

Pixel coaches are categorized into 2 Tiers: 1) Leadership Coaches or 2) Senior Executive Coaches:
  • Leadership Coaches are a good fit for individual contributors/professors, project leads, high potential/emerging leaders, managers, directors, senior directors, and chairs.
  • Senior Executive Coaches are a strong fit for directors, chairs, deans, provosts, vice presidents, senior vice presidents, presidents, and C-suite executives.
