One of OU’s primary tools to register for live learning and development opportunities is the Training Calendar. This resource allows OU employees to easily enroll, view, and manage workshop registrations. We encourage you to explore our Training Calendar and take advantage of the many workshops and sessions. By doing so, you will be well on your way to professional and personal growth. Remember, the path to success is just a click away!

Enrollment Process

  • Access the Training Calendar at:
  • Log in using your Network ID (username or OU NET ID) and password.
  • Browse the Training Calendar to discover the wide array of workshops and training programs available.
  • Once you find a workshop or training that aligns with your goals, enrolling is a straightforward process. Simply select the session and then click the "Enroll" button.
  • The calendar will send you an Outlook calendar invitation with all the necessary details and access links, ensuring a seamless experience.

Managing Your Enrollments

Life happens, and sometimes, you may need to unenroll from a session. In such cases:
  • Look for your enrollment confirmation email and follow the unenroll instructions provided there.
  • Alternatively, you can visit the Training Calendar, select "My Enrollment," and then choose "Drop" next to the course you can no longer attend.

We recognize that effective leadership is the cornerstone of our success. That is why we designed the New Leader Development (NLD) program, a comprehensive initiative that equips employees with the fundamental principles and skills necessary for leadership excellence.

The NLD program is a journey of leadership development that spans 18 months. Participants will immerse themselves in 40 hours of leadership-focused learning. This necessitates active participation in six required, sequential workshops with a cohort, and collaborating with their supervisor to identify and complete 22 hours of elective leadership development courses.
