Freeze Form Policy for Temporary Appointments
HSC: Appointments to Occasional Worker, Temporary Employee, or Seasonal Temporary that exceed 90 calendar days require an approved freeze form.
Norman: Appointments to Occasional Worker, Temporary Employee, or Seasonal Temporary that exceed 90 calendar days require an approved freeze form. Appointments of PEAK temporary employees do not require a freeze form.
